You will receive your merchandise within 3-14 business days. EVA NEW YORK can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States (we do not ship to PO boxes). For delivery outside the United States, the following charges will be added to the US rates: Canada - an additional $15 per order; Mexico - an additional $35 per order; Outside North America - an additional $50 per order.

Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange for any items you are not completely happy with. You MUST notify us of return or exchange within 48 hours upon receipt. The item MUST be returned to EVA NEW YORK within 7 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including protective shields on bathing suit bottoms, hangers and original packaging). Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
