How long can a sound be for a Build-A-Bear?
It’s the perfect personalized gift! As you complete your online order, you will be asked to call a special toll-free number to record your own personalized 20-second message. How much does the Build-A-Bear with the voice cost?
Build-A-Bear voice boxes cost between $6 and $8, depending on the type you choose. If you choose a voice or sound that is pre-recorded, they tend to run about $6. If you are making the bear for a special occasion or want to record a special message for the recipient, you can buy a personalized voice box for $8.
Can you reprogram Build-A-Bear voice box?
Yes you can! The newer chips are re-recordable as many times as you want.
Can Build-A-Bear remove sound?
Please visit any Build-A-Bear Workshop store to have the sound removed before washing.
How do you add music to Build-A-Bear?
Just purchase the Friendly Songs sound module and email us the song or sound file that you want to put into it. We will put the song in the module (up to a 16 minutes long) and mail the sound module back to you.

Can you Unstuff a Build-A-Bear?
If you are planning to add the sound or scent on a future visit to your local Workshop, simply click the “Unstuffed, I’ll Stuff It In Store” option to add the unstuffed furry friend, sound and/or scent to your Shopping Bag through the Bear Builder.

A red heart shaped insert that provides a heartfelt thumping vibration for sixteen seconds when squeezing your bear.
Does Build-A-Bear track you?
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.

They are our official Bear MDs, and together they have almost 30 years of experience repairing furry friends for their best friends. Over the years, Dr. Robin and Dr. Maria have given a Beary Clean Bill of Health to thousands of furry friends, repairing and returning them to our Guests.
