How do you use HiDow?
QUICK START GUIDE
- Connect an electrode wire to an output port at the top of the unit.
- Connect a set of electrode gel pads to the wire by snapping them on.
- Remove the protective plastic film and place the pads on the over the pain area, making sure both pads are applied directly on the skin and not overlapping.

How do I turn on my TENS unit?
Hook the pin connectors on the end of the electrode wires to the electrodes. Then plug the electrode wires into the TENS unit. Turn the control knobs slowly to the correct setting. You should feel a tingling feeling.
Can TENS stimulate vagus nerve?

Where should you not use a TENS machine?
Do not use TENS on:
- Open wounds or rashes.
- Swollen, red, infected, or inflamed skin.
- Cancerous lesions, or close to them.
- Skin that does not have normal sensation (feeling)
- Any part of your head or face.
- Any part of your throat.
- Both sides of the chest or trunk at the same time.
- Directly on your backbone.
