Reputation. Due to it’s reputation, the industry pays close attention to NIDA and as a student you are in a great position to secure an agent after graduating. Degree. Though the NIDA course is very practical you still walk away with a degree which isn’t always the case with drama programs.

How much is NIDA a year?
For international students the 2020 annual tuition fee for Bachelor of Fine Arts in all disciplines is AUD$31,080 (made up of AUD$15,540 for each of the two semesters in 2020). Please note: Fees are reviewed annually and may increase each year.

Where do NIDA students live?
NIDA does not provide residential accommodation for students. Through NIDA’s relationship with the University of New South Wales Sydney (UNSW Sydney), NIDA students can apply for accommodation at the various on-campus residential communities. NIDA students usually share rented accommodation in the area close to campus.

When can I apply to a WAAPA course?
Applications to WAAPA courses open in April to September the year prior to course commencement. Application kits are updated each July. We welcome international students to WAAPA and encourage you to apply for any of our Bachelor, Masters or Doctoral degree courses.

Do I need to apply to ECU to get into WAAPA?
Admission to the Bachelor programs at WAAPA also requires completion of entrance requirements for ECU. If you don’t meet University admission requirements you should discuss your options with staff at WAAPA.
