Why was Bully Cancelled?
Per this report, it seems the primary reason was developers who ended up leaving or being removed from this project. Once removed from Bully 2, Game Informer’s sources stated, there was no going back. This meant some devs were moved from the crunch on Bully 2 to the crunch on Max Payne 3 or Red Dead 1.
Will they make a Bully 2?
Thanks to a team of around 50 to 70 people working on the game, Bully 2 was fully playable before Rockstar’s initial cancellation. However, development on some of Rockstar’s other leading projects caused progress on the game to be halted, and the company subsequently canceled the game.
